It is understood that the Civil Affairs Department of Guangdong Province organized and carried out the star-rating work of the elderly care institutions last year, and commissioned a third-party professional organization to implement on-site evaluations of 84 elderly care institutions in the province in accordance with Guangdong's relevant technical specifications for elderly care. After the prescribed procedures, 63 star-rated elderly care institutions were assessed, of which 12 were five-star institutions. Among the 8 five-star elderly care institutions in Guangzhou, Baiyuebaitai is on the list.

On December 8, 2019, the star-level jury of the elderly care institutions in Guangdong Province visited the Baiyue Baitai Health Care Center to conduct a full investigation and review of the center's indicators.
